Round Robin Painting

Creativity is the operative word here. Divide your staff into teams of six. Each person gets a canvas, a set of brushes, paint, pallet and water. They are instructed to start painting using a theme. After 5 minutes they are asked to move to their right to the next person?s canvas. Once each team has completed their masterpiece the art is judged and the winning team gets to display their piece of artwork in a communal space for all to see.
