Two Truths and a Lie

This is a classic game that is fun and engaging and more importantly it will encourage your staff to get to know each other and thus form deeper bonds. To play, you simply ask each person to brainstorm three "facts" about themselves -- two of the facts will be true, and one will be a lie. For instance, you might say that you have three brothers, you climbed Kilimanjaro and you were on a game show on TV in the ?70s. The lie in this scenario is that you only have one brother. This is so much fun!
