Virtual Award Ceremony pre-event inclusions:

  1. Pre-event Coordinator @ 3 Hours to put towards scheduled meetings where you will review the event details and creation. Your coordinator can assist with organizing award titles, presentation, timelines, speech order and length, etc.
  2. 1x Dry Run before your event. You will go through a simple visual run through with your event coordinator to allow for final revisions and requests.
  3. Graphic Designer to customize a backdrop for your virtual event and award slides.

  • Virtual Coordinator to run Award Program Ceremony @ 1 Hour
  • Virtual Photo Mosaic. Each participant submits photos, via text or hashtag, and the photos appear on a live stream compiling into 1 larger image. The photo Mosaic live steam is a FULLY customizable digital environment. The finished photo mosaic is truly a piece of art and will be printed on a canvas to preserve and commemorate the event.
  • Virtual Cocktail Hour @ 30min
  • Professional bartender to guide / host @ 30min
  • Flare bartender show @ 5-10min
  • 100x cocktail kits. Kits include:
    • Ingredient for 2 different cocktails (choose from a list of options)
    • All necessary packaging and assembly
    • All delivered to a single GTA location
    • Additional Kits @ $100.00 +HST
    • Individual courier delivery available (quoted on request)
  • 2x Breakout Rooms @ 1 Hour for Virtual Games
    • Choice of Family Feud, Scavenger Hunt, Trivia or Name that Tune for each room
